My Echo Aviation Controller is not being detected by my computer
- Ensure the Echo Aviation Controller is powered on
- Try a different USB port or cable
- If using wireless, confirm the dongle is properly connected
- Restart your PC and reconnect the device
The Echo Aviation Controller is connected but not working in my simulator
- Confirm the device is recognized by your system before launching the simulator
- Check your simulator’s control settings and ensure the Echo Aviation Controller is selected
- Reassign or verify axis bindings
- Restart the simulator after connecting the controller
My controls are not responding correctly

Wireless connection is not working or keeps dropping
- Make sure the wireless dongle is plugged directly into your PC and avoid USB hubs
- Keep the Echo Aviation Controller within range

Do I need to update the wireless dongle?
Yes. In some cases, performance or connectivity issues may require a dongle update.
